“We were bad tonight” – Lars Eller.
How bad? There was more carnage on the ice than in the opening episode of Vinyl.
THE GOOD
- Jacob de la Rose made a big time play to set up Dale Weise. And Brendan Gallagher was hit hard into the boards twice on the same shift but kept going and scored to give the Canadiens a (very) brief energy boost.
THE BAD
- Second straight game Habs faced a team with a shaky goaltender. But they still had the second best goalie on the ice. You’re not surprised, are you?
- This poor guy (@hockeyman9292 “My dream has come true, to see the HABS LIVE”)
THE UGLY
- Max Pacioretty, P.K. Subban, Andrei Markov, Tomas Plekanec, David Desharnais, Alex Galchenyuk, Torrey Mitchell, Alexei Emelin, Tom Gilbert, Michel Therrien. Lifeless.
- Marc Bergevin. Comatose.
