Living in the space between the beauty and the pain – Adam Granduciel (Adam Granofsky) of The War on Drugs
Mitch and Shane still don’t know how many podcasts they’ve done, maybe because they’ve been distracted by some gut wrenching break up or hurtin’ songs.
The boys pay tribute to a long forgotten member of the Montreal Canadiens while Mitch recounts the time he used to smoke up in the back of an old radio studio with the help of and in the presence of a couple of broadcasting legends.
Shane takes us deep into the process of constructing two of his own brilliant songs while we also listen to beautiful (and painful) tunes by The War on Drugs, Neko Case, Chris Stapleton, The Band (The Last Waltz) and Bob Dylan (Street Legal).
And yes, we do laugh a lot (as always).
